2025 Gen Z protests in Peru

On 20 September 2025, protests began in Peru against the administration of Dina Boluarte and the subsequent administration of José Jerí, following the impeachment of Dina Boluarte and the Congress of Peru. Protests against President Jerí grew following allegations of sexual assault against him.
