معركة بئر السبع هي معركة وقعت في 31 أكتوبر 1917، عندما هاجمت قوة الاستطلاع المصرية التابعة للإمبراطورية البريطانية (EEF) واستولت على حامية مجموعة جيش يلدريم في بئر السبع، بداية هجوم جنوب فلسطين على سيناء وفلسطين في الحرب العالمية الأولى.
