Civic-military movement in Ecuador
The July Revolution was a civic-military movement in Ecuador that led to a coup on July 9, 1925. Spearheaded by the Military League, a group of young, progressive officers in the Ecuadorian Army, the coup resulted in the overthrow of President Gonzalo Córdova.
