Siege of Marmande
1219 Siege of the Albigensian crusade
Siege of Marmande was a military operation in 1219 during the Albigensian Crusade between Amaury de Montfort and Louis VIII of France against Toulouse forces. The siege started in October 1218 and ended in 1219, town fell on 3 June with the sack and massacre on 10 June.
