معاهدة تخفيض الأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية هي معاهدة مبرمة بين الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والاتحاد الروسي بشأن تخفيض الأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية، وكانت سارية المفعول من يونيو 2003 حتى فبراير 2011 عندما حلت محلها معاهدة ستارت الجديدة.
