Manusin lento-onnettomuus 1945 tapahtui 5. toukokuuta 1945, kun Yhdysvaltain armeijan ilmavoimien Douglas C-54E-1-DO Skymaster -kuljetuskone törmäsi maastoon Manusin saarella Uuden-Guinean territoriossa. Kone lähti Lorengausta kohti Indonesian Biakia, mutta ei lentoonlähdön jälkeen kääntynyt väistääkseen nousevaa maastoa. Se törmäsi jyrkänteeseen noin 150 metrin korkeudella.
