Der Staatsstreich in Lesotho 1991 war ein militärischer Putsch der Lesotho Defence Force unter Fühung von Colonel Elias Phisoana Ramaema. Er fand am 30. April 1991 in Lesotho statt. Er führte zum Rücktritt von Premierminister General Justin Metsing Lekhanya, der das Amt seit dem Staatsstreich von 1986 innehatte.
