Die Schlacht um Grenada war eine amphibische Expedition im Juli 1779 während des Amerikanischen Unabhängigkeitskrieges. Charles Hector, Comte D’Estaing, führte französische Streitkräfte gegen die von Großbritannien besetzte westindische Insel Grenada. Die französischen Truppen landeten am 2. Juli, und der Angriff erfolgte in der Nacht vom 3. auf den 4. Juli.
