תאונת רכבת, מהגדולות בישראל
אסון רבדים הוא השם הנפוץ לתאונת רכבת מהגדולות שאירעו במדינת ישראל. ב-21 ביוני 2005 סמוך לקיבוץ רבדים שבשפלה התנגשה רכבת בקו תל אביב-באר שבע במשאית שהובילה עפר וחצתה את מסילת הדרום על דרך לא סלולה. בתאונה נהרגו שבעה בני אדם, בהם נהג המשאית ונהג הרכבת, ונפצעו 198 נוסעים. שניים מקרונות הרכבת ירדו מהפסים ונגרם נזק למסילה.
