唐沢山城の戦い（からさわやまじょうのたたかい）は、永禄年間から元亀年間にかけて、下野国唐沢山城（現在の栃木県佐野市富士町、栃本町）において、越後の上杉謙信と下野の佐野昌綱の間で約10度にわたって繰り広げられた戦い。
