Die Belagerung von Zadar durch die Kreuzfahrer im Jahr 1202 stand am Anfang des Vierten Kreuzzugs, der in der Eroberung Konstantinopels endete. Hierbei wurden katholische Kreuzfahrer erstmals für die Eroberung und Plünderung einer katholischen Stadt eingesetzt.
