רצח אליעזר וייס אירע ב-4 בנובמבר 1948 כשחברי כנופיה ערבית מטולכרם פרצו לביתו של אליעזר וייס ברשפון, ירו בו למוות מטווח קצר וחטפו את אשתו. האשה שוחררה לאחר מספר שבועות במסגרת חילופי שבויים.
