西湾子事件（さいわんずじけん）、または崇礼血案、崇礼惨案、西湾子大虐殺 は、1946年12月の第二次国共内戦期間中、当時の中華民国チャハル省崇礼県西湾子村において、中国共産党軍が地元のカトリック信仰を持つ民衆に対して実施した大虐殺および略奪事件である。
