Le siège de Tenochtitlán par Hernán Cortés en 1521 fut le point culminant de la conquête du Mexique par les Espagnols. La chute de la capitale aztèque, au bout de 75 jours de siège, marqua la fin de l'empire de la triple alliance aztèque.
