La-15 katastrofa Liepājā, plašsaziņas līdzekļos saukta par 1954. gada aprīļa traģēdiju, bija PSRS Gaisa spēku lidmašīnas La-15 katastrofa regulārā militārajā lidojumā no Liepājas, kas notika 1954. gada 4. aprīlī dzīvojamo māju kvartālā Vecliepājas rajonā. Bojā gāja lidmašīnas pilots un seši Liepājas iedzīvotāji.
