1518 conflict in Malwa
The Siege of Mandu was a military engagement at Mandu the capital of the Malwa Sultanate. The conflict was fought between the combined armies of the Gujarat Sultanate under Muzaffar Shah II, supported by Mahmud Khalji II of the Malwa Sultanate and Adil Khan III of the Khandesh Sultanate, against the Purbiya Rajputs of Medini Rai.
