ההתנגשות האווירית במפרץ ג'רוויס שבאוסטרליה התרחשה ב-14 באפריל 1943, בימי מלחמת העולם השנייה. שני מטוסי בריסטול בופורט של חיל האוויר המלכותי האוסטרלי התנגשו בשמי המפרץ במהלך תמרונים והתרסקו בים. באסון נספו שמונת אנשי הצוות של המטוסים. האירוע כולו תועד על ידי עיתונאי שנמצא במקום על סיפונה של אונייה.
