2023年北京地下鉄追突事故（2023ねんペキンちかてつついとつじこ）は2023年12月14日18時57分頃に中華人民共和国北京市海淀区で北京地下鉄昌平線の列車が西二旗駅から生命科学園駅の区間で追突して発生した列車衝突事故。北京市応急管理局からは「北京地下鉄昌平線「12・14」列車追尾事故(中国語: 北京地铁昌平线“12·14”列车追尾事故)」とも命名されている。 この事故により515人が病院で検査を受け、うち130人が骨折、3人が重傷、70人が軽傷を負ったが、死者は出なかった。直接的な経済損失は約950.8万元にも上るとされている。
