Treaty during World War I
The Convention between France and England on the subject of activity in Southern Russia was signed on 23 December 1917 between the United Kingdom and the French Third Republic. With the October Revolution and the Armistice between Russia and the Central Powers, the Allied Powers had to reformulate their policy towards Russia.
