1987 international agreement aiming to stabilize international currency markets and halt the decline of the US dollar after the Plaza Accord

ルーブル合意 とは、1987年2月22日にパリのルーブル宮殿で開催された先進7カ国財務大臣・中央銀行総裁会議(G7)で、1985年9月に決められたプラザ合意によって始まったドル安に歯止めをかけるための合意である。ルーブル合意後、為替市場は一時安定したものの、その後はアメリカの貿易赤字の継続や財政赤字削減をめぐる不透明感などからドルは再び下落した。
