キンティンスヒル鉄道事故 は、イギリス・スコットランド・ダンフリースシャーのグレトナ・グリーン近郊にあるキンティンスヒル（クィンティンズヒル）信号場で1915年5月22日に発生した列車の多重衝突事故である。200人以上が死亡し、イギリスの鉄道史上最悪の事故となった。
