九戸政実の乱（くのへまさざねのらん）は天正19年（1591年）、南部氏一族の有力者である九戸政実が、南部家当主の南部信直および奥州仕置を行う豊臣政権に対して起こした反乱である。近年では「九戸政実の決起」などと称することもある。
