Die Schlacht bei Vögelinsegg war eine militärische Auseinandersetzung zwischen Appenzell und der Fürstabtei St. Gallen während der Appenzellerkriege. Sie fand am 15. Mai 1403 im sogenannten Loch zwischen Speicher und St. Gallen im heutigen Kanton St. Gallen statt.
