2012 mass shooting in Wisconsin, U.S.

On October 21, 2012, a mass shooting occurred at the Azana Spa in Brookfield, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee. 45-year-old Radcliffe Franklin Haughton fatally shot three people and wounded three others before committing suicide. One of the victims was the perpetrator's estranged ex-wife.
