Siège de Gérone (1653)
1653
Le siège de Gérone eut lieu du 12 juillet au 23 septembre 1653, durant la guerre des faucheurs. Il fait partie des événements de résistance après la chute de Barcelone, qui ont marqué la fin de la guerre. Après quatre mois, la ville tomba aux mains des troupes espagnoles. Les troupes franco-catalanes, défaites, se retirèrent dans le Roussillon.
