Hospital fire in Moscow, Russia
The 2013 Moscow psychiatric hospital fire occurred on 26 April 2013 at 2:30 am Moscow Time. At least 38 people were killed, included 36 patients and two doctors after fires tore through a psychiatric hospital outside Moscow in the village of Ramensky, 70 miles north of Moscow in Moscow Oblast on April 26, 2013.
