2018年剛果赤道省伊波拉出血熱爆發是2018年5月至7月刚果民主共和国西北部赤道省的埃博拉出血热的疫情，為該國第九次的埃博拉出血熱疫情，也是2013年至2016年的西非伊波拉病毒疫症以來，規模最大的埃博拉出血熱疫情，但其範圍局限於赤道省境內。這次疫情也是rVSV-ZEBOV疫苗首次被用於控制埃博拉出血熱疫情，共有3481人接受疫苗接種。
