The Abkhazian conflict was an armed conflict in Abkhazia involving the Georgian Democratic Republic, the Russian Soviet Republic, and the Ottoman Empire. It consisted of a series of Bolshevik uprisings and an Ottoman military intervention, both of which were ultimately defeated by Georgian forces.
