土耳其城市
开塞利 是土耳其城市中位于中部安那托利亞地區的一座大城市，也是开塞利省的省会。该城古称凯撒利亚，自古以来便是卡帕多西亚的历史首府。开塞利都会自治市辖区由五个区组成：两个中心城区科贾西南和梅利克加齐，以及自2004年起纳入的外围地区哈哲拉尔、因杰苏和塔拉斯。
