The Aleppo clashes (2025–2026) were a series of clashes between the Syrian transitional government and Syrian Democratic Forces in Aleppo. The fighting was centered around the Sheikh Maqsood and Ashrafiyah neighborhoods, both of which are Kurdish-majority districts and under the control of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria-affiliated Asayish police force.
