基伍衝突 是剛果民主共和國東部，剛果民主共和國軍隊與胡圖力量的武裝卢旺达解放民主力量發生的軍事衝突，始於2004年，共分為三個階段，其中第三階段仍在進行中。2009年3月以前，與剛果民主共和國軍隊對抗的主要的民兵組織為全國保衛人民大會，兩者衝突稍歇後，圖西族民兵成為對抗政府軍的主要力量。
