2018 attempted murder in Salisbury, England

On 4 March 2018 in the city of Salisbury, Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia became victim of an assassination attempt through a Novichok nerve agent. He is a former Russian military officer and double agent for the British intelligence agencies. Both spent several weeks in hospital in a critical condition before being discharged.
