2009 spree shooting in Alabama, U.S.

The Geneva County massacre, also known as the Samson massacre, was a mass shooting that occurred on March 10, 2009, across several locations in and around Geneva County, Alabama, United States. Ten people were murdered in the attacks; six more were injured, including a state trooper and a municipal officer, in both domestic and indiscriminate attacks. A formal motive for the attacks is officially undetermined.
