赫梅利尼茨基起義 是1648至1657年間，烏克蘭中東部的扎波羅熱哥薩克人聯合東正教徒、克里米亞韃靼人及農奴反抗波兰立陶宛联邦的武裝起義，因由哥薩克領袖博赫丹·赫梅利尼茨基發起及領導而得名。這次起義最終導致哥薩克人於其勢力範圍建立哥薩克酋長國並脫離波立聯邦獨立，終結了聯邦貴族施拉赫塔及其猶太代理人對烏克蘭的統治，以及羅馬天主教會、聖經派和其他「租賃人」對教會的裁判權，為烏克蘭歷史上首次成立獨立主權國家。
