鄭成功攻臺之役 是明鄭政權於1661年3月30日至1662年2月1日期間征服荷屬福爾摩沙的戰役，主要戰場位於臺灣西南沿海的赤嵌、臺江內海、大員等地；該役延平王鄭成功親率由泉漳兩府官兵組成的明鄭水師25,000人自同安縣之金門航渡台灣海峽，4月30日清晨由鹿耳門水道進入臺江內海，先登陸攻佔普羅民遮城，然後在多月圍困熱蘭遮城下，終於迫使荷蘭東印度公司守軍於次年1月底實質投降、並退出臺灣。
