得克萨斯革命
得克萨斯革命 亦稱得克萨斯独立战争，是1835年10月2日至1836年4月21日间在墨西哥和当时其屬地得克萨斯之间爆发的一场战争。1835年墨西哥总统安东尼奥·洛佩斯·德圣安纳废除1824年宪法，采纳了一份反联邦制的宪法后，墨西哥政府与美国在墨西哥的移民之间的冲突不断上升。很快在整个墨西哥爆发暴乱。1835年10月2日冈萨雷斯之战爆发，标志着得克萨斯革命的开始。一开始得克萨斯在戈利亚德和圣安东尼奥获得了一些胜利，但是数月后在同处被墨西哥军队击败。
