近鉄大阪線列車衝突事故（きんてつおおさかせんれっしゃしょうとつじこ）とは、1971年（昭和46年）10月25日に三重県一志郡白山町（現・津市）にある近鉄大阪線垣内（かいと）東信号所（複線化により廃止）付近の総谷トンネル内で発生した列車衝突事故である。
