Shooting attack in Ohio, U.S.
On May 12, 2017, a shooting and hostage crisis took place in the village of Kirkersville, Ohio, United States. Three people, including the local police chief, were killed. The events began when Kirkersville Police Chief Steven Eric Disario responded to reports of an armed man, and was shot and killed during a shootout.
