2010年南海本田工人罢工事件是发生在2010年5月至6月的中国工人集体行动事件。南海本田是日本本田汽车公司在广东佛山南海投产的汽车零部件厂，罢工期间约有1800名中国工人，工人因不满低薪酬和涨薪制度，在5月17日发起罢工，罢工持续了19日，是当时中国少有的工人集体罢工行动，罢工以工人成功取得加薪500元结束。
