財田川事件（さいたがわじけん）は、1950年（昭和25年）2月28日に起きた強盗殺人事件とそれに伴った冤罪事件である。四大死刑冤罪事件の一つ（免田事件、財田川事件、松山事件、島田事件）。日本弁護士連合会が支援していた。
