1971～1972年に日本の群馬県で発生したリンチ殺人事件
山岳ベース事件（さんがくベースじけん）とは、1971年から1972年にかけて連合赤軍が群馬県の山中に設置したアジト（山岳ベース）で起こした同志に対するリンチ殺人事件。警察庁においては大量リンチ殺害事件と称される。当時の日本社会に強い衝撃を与え、同じく連合赤軍が起こしたあさま山荘事件とともに新左翼運動が退潮する契機となった。
