Das Grauholz ist ein bewaldeter Hügelzug zwischen Schönbühl und Ittigen, nahe der Stadt Bern in der Schweiz. Es ist bekannt für die Schlacht am Grauholz (1798) sowie für seine verkehrstechnische Lage mit einem Autobahnabschnitt und einem Eisenbahntunnel.
