Ziyaret Tepe ist ein archäologischer Siedlungshügel in der türkischen Provinz Diyarbakır und mit der assyrischen Provinzhauptstadt Tušḫan identisch. Ziyaret Tepe war seit der Mitanni-Zeit und hauptsächlich während der Neuassyrischen Periode in der Eisenzeit bewohnt. Der heutige Name Ziyaret Tepe drückt mit der Bedeutung Wallfahrtshügel oder Besuchshügel die besondere Stellung des Platzes für die Bevölkerung aus.
