民用航空条约
《蒙特利尔公约》，全稱《统一国际航空运输某些规则的公约》，是國際民航組織（ICAO）成員國在1999年5月23日簽署、2003年11月4日生效的多邊公約。该公约更新并取代了早期華沙公約和海牙议定书的部分内容，旨在为国际旅客、行李和货物航空运输制定更清晰一致的规则，特别是在发生人身伤害或死亡事件时航空公司的责任方面。截至2025年4月，国际民航组织193个成员国中有140个加入了该公约。
