Der LRA-Konflikt ist ein Aufstand, der durch die 1987 im Norden Ugandas gegründete und bewaffnete Widerstandsbewegung der Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA), dt. Widerstandsarmee des Herrn, entbrannte. Die Kämpfe der paramilitärischen LRA gegen die Truppen von Uganda zeichneten sich durch die Gewaltsamkeit ihrer Angriffe und ihre gegen Zivilisten begangene Gräueltaten aus.
