L'insurrection de l'Armée de résistance du Seigneur est un mouvement de guérilla ayant débuté en 1986 en Afrique de l'Est. Ce mouvement rebelle, créé dans le Nord de l'Ouganda en 1988, se distingue par la violence de ses attaques, les atrocités commises sur les civils et son recours extensif aux enlèvements d'enfants dans le but d'en faire des soldats ou des esclaves.
