Battle of Arakan (November 1615)
The Battle of Arakan was a naval battle fought on 18 November 1615 between the Portuguese fleet under Francisco de Meneses Roxo and Sebastião Gonçalves Tibau and the fleet of Arakan under Min Khamaung, with Dutch naval support. The battle followed an earlier inconclusive engagement in October and was fought along the Arakan River.
