鯨波戦争（くじらなみせんそう）は、戊辰戦争の戦闘の一つ。慶応4年（1868年）閏4月27日に柏崎近傍の鯨波にて新政府軍と旧幕府勢力が交戦し、新政府軍が勝利した。
