De Slag bij Lokeren was een militaire confrontatie die plaatsvond op 18 mei 1452 te Lokeren, tijdens de Gentse Opstand. De confrontatie kaderde in de bredere machtsstrijd tussen de stad Gent en het Bourgondische gezag onder Filips de Goede, waarbij ook het strategisch gelegen Land van Waas in de gevechten werd betrokken. In Lokeren stonden Gentse stadsmilities tegenover hertogelijke troepen.
