Koshekhabl massacre

The Koshekhabl massacre occurred on 24–25 September 1918 when Red Army forces entered the village of Koshekhabl during the Russian Civil War. Red Army soldiers killed civilians, committed rape, looted property, destroyed homes, and detained local residents in the village mosque.
